After my sister died, I was unsure how to go about selling her house which was a few hours away. I found Lisa Navarro Perotti, who sold the house to my sister many years earlier. Lisa was amazing. The first time Cam and I met Lisa was at a showing when were doing some “recreational open housing.” We had a long conversation and were struck not just by her knowledge of the market, but also by her warmth.  On the way back in the car, we both had the thought that whenever we listed, we would list with her. It was a great decision. We’ve been through a few different real estate transactions, first in New York City and then in Marin, and Lisa and Ruth made this far and away the best experience we’ve had buying or selling a property. They developed a detailed plan for the rollout of the sale; had an impeccable instinct for pricing and showing strategy; were sensitive to our concerns about privacy; and took a very hands-on approach to getting the staging and photography just right. And at every step of the way, they made things easier with their kindness, humor, and integrity. We sold after our very first open-house (which we heard from neighbors was a wild success) at full asking-price—and that in a market that was beginning to soften. I had been living in my mill valley house for 30  years which Lisa had originally sold us in 1991. When I decided to sell after 30 years, I called Lisa to handle it. Ruth and Lisa always had my best interest at heart. They walked me through the entire process, getting me workmen, deciding what to fix and what to leave as is, got me through all of the inspection process, and were there to assist the whole way, even advising me to stay in a hotel after the house was staged. That was very good advice. The house sold within a week of being listed for the asking price with no contingencies except for the loan. Lisa then assisted me in finding a new home in the east bay which I am living in now. I cannot recommend Lisa and Ruth enough, they got me through a very difficult process even in the current market downturn.

It was such a pleasure to work with Lisa and Ruth. We had a quick timeline on the sale of our home, and we could not have done this without the expert care and guidance of both Lisa and Ruth. They showed us what was important, what wasn't as important, and were able to coordinate several companies to polish our home and get the most out of the sale. Lisa and Ruthie were such a joy to work with. They had a clear “plan of attack” when it came to selling our condo. They advised us on which improvements to make and which ones were unnecessary. Lisa was the first person I met when I moved to Marin County 20+ years ago. I wanted to buy a place at that time, had two big dogs and it was daunting. Lisa was very personable and honest; she saw my struggles and suggested I rent for awhile. When I was ready to buy, I contacted Lisa as I had appreciated her style and had promised I would buy from her. After buying the condo from Lisa we remained friends seeing Lisa and her husband socially. When it was time to sell the condo it was a given that we would go back to Lisa. Lisa helped me with ideas for how to stage the condo and with the crazy task of packing up the place; she did almost the entire kitchen. And the condo sold in less than two weeks. We were looking for a new home out of the area so this was welcomed news. Lisa was communicative, was not afraid to make recommendations, and she got our place sold in what looks to be record time. When I was the buyer the same type of support applied. She knows Marin well which really helped with choosing a location that was within our budget.

Ruth is an extremely hard-working and knowledgeable realtor. Her professionalism and integrity are exemplary. She has bought and sold many properties for me. She was always there for me, even on short notice. Her professional negotiating skills always resulted in surpassing my goals. I highly recommend her.

We knew Lisa had a strong reputation and connections with the community and other real estate brokers in the area. Lisa went above our expectations in regards to helping us close the sale. She gave us good ideas about staging (even loaning us a few items for the photo shoot). The pictures turned out beautifully. She also facilitated the clearing of the contingencies that the buyers had added to the contract. There is no way we could have cleared them without her effort and sweat! Lisa is professional but is refreshing with a great sense of humor and concern. We really appreciated her availability and regular communication.

Ruth has been an absolute pleasure to work with; she’s neither overbearing nor aloof, and she’s certainly not into wasting anyone’s time. More importantly, she tunes into exactly what you’re after and fights for you all the way. It took us a long time to find the perfect house and her patience and persistence throughout the entire process was incredible. Ruth is a walking first-home-buyers phonebook. Her networking skills are extremely impressive, she is very attentive to detail and she is incredibly tenacious. And most importantly, we never got the feeling that she was not fully 100% on our team. Not only did she sell us our current house but we demanded she even take care of selling our old house - why bother dealing with anyone else?

Lisa Perotti is the best agent we have ever worked with, I can tell she is passionate with what she does and has lots of experience and strong network in this industry. She works proactively searching potential house openings for us, super responsive on questions and requests, attention to details on contracts and during negotiation process . She was willing to spend a lot of time taking us to see open houses and give us private tours. All her suggestions were very professional and helpful on house comparisons, price negotiation, even on inspections and follow up remolding works, since we are new to house market and this area, can imagine how we would find this ideal house without her help. We've never seen a agent is this patience like Lisa, and wouldn't mind to go extra miles to search the perfect house per our needs, dig background information in the neighborhood and communities, negotiate better deals for us. For her to make the client happy is more important than just to close a deal in a quickly manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa. She stayed on top of every detail. I had to relocate to the east coast very quickly for my job, and she went the extra mile scheduling painting, cleaning, and repairs that helped me get a full-price offer within days of listing. Even after the offer was in, she was always one step ahead making sure issues were resolved quickly and helping me arrive at the closing table in a short period of time. I was able to focus on my new responsibilities on the east coast because I had the confidence that Lisa was overseeing my real estate transaction in California. She's a superstar! I have moved to Virginia. Sure wish I could have had you as my real estate agent on this end!

Lisa, our realtor/agent, is the best realtor we've ever worked with when selling and buying a home. She will do ANYTHING for us to help us understand the position our house is in and what we needed to do in order to sell it. We've dealt with many realtors in our past, but have never found a realtor who will bend over backwards to do the right thing for us in order to sell our home at the best price, help renovate/repair things so it will sell fast and be the best house on the market, respect our budgets, find the right people for the job (it was a long distance relationship as we are in Texas and the home is in California, which caused a lot of logistics issues), and will be simply amazing in getting the house sold on our timeline (she had it sold within 8 days of offering it for sale), with the proper permitting, pre-certified buyers, having open house presentations as soon as the house went on the market, and making sure she discusses the pros and cons for every single issue that arises. I couldn't recommend a better realtor. She knows the local market, tells the seller exactly what people are looking for and presents the house the way it should be seen as a perspective local buyer. Lisa and her agency as fabulous! Not one question arose when closing. It had all been laid out to us up front, honestly and with high integrity. She is a thoroughly committed and compassionate realtor of which I'd love to see in every realtor I've ever dealt with, but that hasn't always been the case for us. With the sale of our house in her hands, we KNEW we were getting the best we could have ever found in a realtor and agency. Lisa lived up to her word, helped us figure out how to pay for some repairs we'd been concerned about, and made the entire stressful project of renovating and selling our house as easy for us as she could. We couldn't be happier with the end results, knowing that our buyer was also equally satisfied. If there were 6 stars instead of 5, that's what we'd give to Lisa. She truly is a gem among realtors; an honorable, personable and caring person in general. We thank God every day that we were lucky enough to know Lisa Perotti and her agency. Without having her by our side every step of the way, we would've been completely stressed and burned out. The entire sale was not only a breeze, but provided a comfort level we've never felt before when selling a house. She is the Best of the Best in all aspects: A great realtor with absolute integrity, as well as a great friend who cares about how both parties feel about the property and who know, after the sale, that they were in the very BEST hands. While perusing properties online, I inadvertently clicked on one I liked and Lisa called me right away. It was way out of my price range, and I admitted to Lisa that I really was in no position to be contacting a realtor. We eventually met and her genuine personality, down to earth demeanor, and her great sense of humor made me so glad that I got to know her. Many, many months later when things changed for me and I became serious about moving to the bay area near my family, I thought of Lisa. I had been introduced to some other very knowledgeable and likable agents, but Lisa was really my first and only choice because of the personal relationship we had already established. When real estate came into it, I knew I had made the right choice. She made the entire process smooth, worry-free, and fun. Her knowledge of the market, her intuition, and her finesse when dealing with my occasional fears or confusion were way beyond my expectations. Her mastery of the paperwork process and all the many auxiliary tasks associated with the sale were quite impressive. There was never a question she couldn't answer, and never an issue that she didn't anticipate before it became an issue. I could easily have lost this house, but because of her gentle suggestions that we look a little further, just for "her own information" and the strategies she used in the offer process, I have a home that I never thought I could have. I will be forever grateful to her.
