Ruth brings over 20 years of real estate experience to her clients and their real estate needs. She began her career in Marin County in 1985 as an residential real estate appraiser, with Cal Fed Bank and then as an independent appraiser, appraising over $200 million in real estate. After a move to the East Coast, Ruth transitioned to real estate sales in New Jersey and eventually relocated back to Marin County and further grew her real estate business. Ruth has been part of over $400 million in closed residential real estate transactions, including single-family, multi-unit, rural/land, and new developments. Ruth’s extensive skill set enables her to assist and prepare her clients for all aspects of a real estate transaction. She prides herself on her level of integrity and her laser-focus on the needs of her clients.
Ruth moved to the Bay Area in 1981 with her two sons and knows the area well, not only as a real estate professional, but as a working mom and a passionate creative (she paints, re-finishes old furniture, and loves to cook and bake for friends and family). She lived in the Marina District of San Francisco and then moved to Marin County in 1982. Having had the opportunity to live in various beautiful places including New Jersey, Tucson, Toronto, Canada, and New York City, Ruth is personally familiar with navigating the buying, selling and moving process. Ruth supports the Milo Foundation with deliveries of needed food and supplies. She knows the business of real estate, but, most importantly, she knows how to empathize with her clients, analyze all aspects of a transaction, and deliver successful results.
